Declining Balance – Strictly for purchases made at on-campus dining locations (including the C-store). Purchases made with Declining Balance are tax-free.
SmartCash – Flexible and convenient, SmartCash can be used on AND off-campus at selected local eateries. SmartCash can also be used to pay for on-campus photocopies and laundry room use. Up to $75 of the $300 or $200 of the $660 may be allocated to SmartCash. Please note, however, that SmartCash purchases are not tax-free.

Funds WILL roll over from term to term. That means no worrying about whether or not you’ve spent all your funds by the end of each term.
